Still Waters™ Fiduciaries Sdn. Bhd. (SWF), established in 2014 (formerly known as J5) — SWF is a Financial Adviser (FA) licensed and approved by Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) under the FSA 2013, the pioneer and only firm in East Malaysia.
We specialise in providing life and general insurance services to clients throughout East Malaysia, primarily in Kuching, Sibu, and Kota Kinabalu. Our clients range from individuals, corporates to government bodies.
Our services range from off-the-shelf products to tailor-made solutions to clients — even sourcing from offshore insurers to cater to specific industries with special needs.

OUR HISTORY
Still Waters Fiduciaries (SWF), previously known as J5 has rebranded to SWF after the acquisition of FA license from BNM. Our position changed accordingly, from representing insurance companies to market products – to – representing our clients to source for the most suitable insurance products to fit their needs as a fiduciary.
At SWF, we have the expertise to tailor-make insurance products to fit certain clients or industries requirements. Besides, we have been actively working closely with insurers to come up with innovative products to help with the Malaysian economy especially after the pandemic.
